For the Hebei Haiwei project, our PDH pipeline prefabrication scope included three major piping systems, using a variety of high-grade heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials:
WP321H / F321H: Known for superior performance at elevated temperatures, particularly in oxidation and scaling environments.
WP11 / F11: A chromium-molybdenum alloy suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
WP310S / F310S: Austenitic stainless steel with excellent high-temperature strength and resistance to thermal fatigue.
The prefabricated scope consisted of 205 sets, which integrated over 5,210 individual components, including:Elbows, Flanges, Gaskets, Pipe fittings, Seamless and welded steel pipes.
